We hire most plant and own selectively. We call it a hybrid model. It keeps us asset-light, so you pay for the right machine on the day, not for idle iron sitting in our yard.
When a job needs a dozer for three weeks, we source the dozer for three weeks. When it needs a tipper for a fortnight, you get the tipper for a fortnight. No padding.
