Subdivisions, developer civil, council works and small commercial — typical jobs $20k–$400k, trimmed to design and recorded for handover.
- Subdivision pads & bulk earthworks — cut-to-fill balanced where it can be.
- Stormwater & utilities — trenched, bedded and backfilled to spec.
- Road formation & pavement — trimmed and proof-rolled.
- On-site screening — reuse spoil instead of carting it.
Why QA matters here
Most small earthmovers can move dirt; few can prove it was done to design. On developer and council jobs the holdup is rarely the digging — it is the sign-off: missing levels, no compaction records, photos that do not match the lot. We build the conformance pack into the job, so the superintendent or shire engineer signs off without chasing us.
