Conformance is the deliverable, not the afterthought
We build the QA pack into the job. AI checks the records against the ITP. The operator and the superintendent still sign it off.
Quality: conformance-as-deliverable
Most small earthmovers move dirt. We hand over the dirt and the proof it was done to spec.
Every job runs to an Inspection and Test Plan. Hold-points are set before we start, not argued over later. Each lot gets surveyed, tested and recorded as we go.
When the work is done, the conformance pack is done with it. The superintendent gets a clean record and signs off. No chasing paperwork after the machines leave.
- ITP with defined hold-points and witness points
- Lot-by-lot survey and compaction records
- Trimmed to design, compacted to spec, recorded for handover
- Defensible records built to pass first time

Planned before the work. Proven after.
Why this stops rework
Rework is the hidden cost on most earthworks jobs: a lot fails a hold-point, the machine has moved on, the program slips. We catch it at the hold-point, not at handover — the record is checked while the crew is still on the lot. Fix it once, prove it, move on. That discipline came off Tier-1 civil and mining work, and we run it on a $30k subdivision pad the same way we'd run it on a haul road.
Safety & HSEQ posture
Safety is run the same way as quality — planned before the work, recorded during it. We respect everyone on and around the job: clients, subbies, regulators, traditional owners and the public.
- WHS-compliant procedures — and SWMS on every site.
- Daily plant prestart — and operator checks.
- Environmental controls — planned per site, not bolted on.
- Fitness-for-work — and current tickets, every shift.
AI, used honestly
AI is a co-pillar here, not a sales line. It enhances production and verifies the process — every step produces a human outcome you can check, and the sign-off stays with people.
- QA verification — photos and records checked against ITP hold-points before handover.
- Estimating — faster, consistent tenders priced to spec, reviewed by a person.
- Compliance currency — tickets, insurances, prestarts and calibration tracked so nothing lapses.
What this means for you
Big-project QA discipline on a job that does not carry big-project overhead. Lean, asset-light, prequalification-ready — we hire plant to suit the job and run a hybrid model, so you pay for the work, not idle iron. Project references and conformance examples are available on request.
Ready when you are.
Send the scope, the site and the program. You'll get a disciplined, priced response — usually inside 48 hours.
